During Anita Mui's concert, believe there was no other discussing topic for all people in this town hotter than that her relationship with Chiu Man Chuck.
It is said Anita Mui and Chiu Man Chuck become good friends, it should be attributed to Leslie Cheung who introduced them to each other. 梅艷芳戀聞成為城中話題
梅艷芳演唱會中，相信一直成為城中話題的，亦莫過於她與趙文卓之關係了。
有傳梅艷芳與趙文卓能成為好朋友，也是得到張國榮穿針引線之功勞。記者於演唱會慶功宴上，本想找來趙文卓問個明白，可惜男方為避免記者的苦苦追問，並沒有出席慶功宴。而於演唱會最後一場中，趙文卓更勇敢地上台給梅艷芳獻花，看來他倆之關係，亦漸漸明確了。
提到張國榮撮合他倆一事，梅艷芳則澄清道：「嘩，撮合呀，邊仲有D咁老土嘅嘢㗎。只不我同趙文卓响一個 party 上認識，而張國榮當時亦在場咁解啫。」
「聽講你哋一見面，就好啱傾，鷄啄唔斷咁？」
梅艷芳則笑意盈盈的說道：「傾開嘢時，咁啱講到 keep fitＤ嘢，咁我咪叫佢教吓我，都無講咩特別嘢。」
「但係連你身邊嘅好友，都話趙文卓係你新男朋友，係咪呢排兩個好親密呀？」
梅艷芳又笑咪咪的道：「嘩，咩好親密呀，我同佢識咗都唔係好耐之嘛。」
「那麼相識至今，有幾耐呀？」
梅艷芳憶說着：「幾個月啦，話耐唔耐，話短唔短啦。」
「趙文卓又獻花，好似對你極有意思似的，其實相識至今，你覺得佢點？」
梅艷芳思索了一會才道：「唔......好好呀，冇咩點吖。For friend 嘅，佢對我嚟講，真係好大鼓勵。」她又笑咪咪的道：「哈，尤其 是係 keep fit 啦。我而家咁 fit，都係拜佢所賜咋。」
「咁你應該發掘到趙文卓好多優點啦？」
梅艷芳甜絲絲的道出趙文卓的優點：「唔......可能佢係北方人啦。我覺得佢好率直，豪邁啦，佢係好熱心幫人嘅人來的，又不拘小節。」
梅艷芳又讚口不絕的道：「呢個男仔真係唔錯，好好㗎。」
「咁你即係示意佢做你男朋友都好好啦？」我取笑她道。
梅艷芳立即澄清道：「冇呀，我冇講過咩嘢。」隨着又一本正經說：「做男朋友好唔好，係要相處過先知的。」
「但係你哋互相都好有好感，成為戀人都唔難似的？」
她即時笑不攏咀的道：「你唔好問啦，我唔想無端端好似拖人落水咁。我係緋聞中嘅女人，我認呀！但係我唔想黐親埋我身邊嘅的男人，都受罪。俾人話埋一份嘛。」她又續言道：「你想知咩，唔好問我，問佢啦，我唔想代答，費事無形中又累埋人。」她又略為激動的道：「上次東周刊話我咩忘年戀，我已經好嬲嘞，佢又唔係有咩真憑實據話我哋拍拖，亂咁寫，攪到我幾唔好意思呀！」
梅艷芳又滔滔不絕的道出《東周刊》的不是，更無奈的道：「以後想嫁得出都好難。」
「又會好難嘅，趙文卓都追你啦？」我打趣的道。
梅艷芳則笑咪咪的澄清着道：「我都仲未

「假如佢真係正式追求你，會嘗試嗎？」
她笑得甜絲絲的道：「佢真係追我先算啦。」
當記者再提起她與趙文卓一事，梅艷芳則笑而不答，避而不談，確實高招。
再者，記者又得來消息，有傳梅艷芳牽起與趙文卓緋聞一事，目的是想遮蓋於中國演唱時，破例高唱禁之事。
問及此敏感話題，她則帶點怒道：「根本冇關係，完全是兩回事嚟。大陸果D嘢同愛情邊可以拉埋嚟講，根本都唔啦更。」
「驚唔驚趙文卓覺得你好似利用佢咁呀？」
梅艷芳仍像怒氣難平的道：「根本就係煙幕，D人鍾意點講咪點講囖，我點阻止到佢哋啫，如果出面係要拉埋嚟講，我都無計㗎。」她又不平的續言道：「佢聽到可能都會唔開心㗎，人實會㗎啦，睇佢點諗啫，如果出面咁講，佢真係信的話，我自己都冇嘢好講啦。」
演唱會成功及戀聞傳出後，又是禁歌一事及利用戀聞。真的不知用錦上添花還是用禍不單行來形容梅艷芳好了。
